Wood Art Title

The house was a commissioned by a successful businessman from Senegal. The construction was to be influenced by African art and the inherent modernity of its shapes and patterns. It also uses much of the color palette associted with it both inside and out. The bold primary shapes used to achieve that effect appear in the form vast triangular bay windows opening up on the lake scenery while the interior is dressed in natural materials, both rich wood paneling as well as contrasting light-colored stone.
